Before you book, refer to our Terms & Conditions below. Only if you are in accordance, please continue onwards to our Booking Platform to complete your booking. Once the booking has been made, it is then understood that below Terms & Conditions were to your acceptance:
- We are a nature retreat and NOT a party venue; therefore, we strive for peace and quiet, hence the reason our guests visit us.
- No children under 14 years old are allowed at Bramasole Guest House.
- Please note that, since we have our own dogs on our premises, NO pets are allowed.
- Accept our generator policy (which popped up as you entered our website).
- We do not have a restaurant or bar on-site, but we do serve breakfast. Dinner may be pre-booked at latest on the day before arrival. Also note that we serve dinner Mondays to Thursdays only.
- There is a gravel road of approximately two kilometres over neighbouring properties before you reach our property.
- Our lake is used as the swimming pool.
Standard Booking Policy:
- Please note that your booking will only be secured and confirmed on receipt of proof of payment.
- If the FULL payment is not received within two working days from invoice being provided by email, the booking will be null and void.
- Check in time: strictly from 14:00 onwards (Please supply us with your ETA (estimate time of arrival), so we can arrange that you are appropriately met and welcomed at our residence.)
- Check out time: 11:00am strictly
Cancellation Policy:
- 20% admin fee will be charged of full reservation value for ANY cancellation - over and above penalty forfeited on reservation value;
- 120 – 90 Days: Guests forfeit 50% of full reservation value;
- 90 – 60 Days: Guests forfeit 80% of full reservation value;
- 60 Days and Less: Guests forfeit 100% of full reservation value

Standard Policy for Group Bookings:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit secures group bookings (four or more people), followed by the balance at least 90 days (12 weeks) before arrival;
- On cancellation by guests, the following policy prevails:
- 20% admin fee charged of full reservation value for ANY cancellation - over and above penalty forfeited on reservation value;
- 90 - 60 Days: Guests forfeit 80% of full reservation value;
- 60 Days and Less: Guests forfeit 100% of full reservation value;
- No Show/Early Departure: Guests responsible for full reservation value
