Fun for the whole family, children can see ducks, hens and hissing geese, while parents can see how cheese is made. Traditional hand made organic cheese and dairy products made with live culture on the farm - preservative and additive free.
Many of our visitors are astounded to find there are absolutely no electrical or mechanical devices used in our whole cheese-making process. From the milking of the cows, to the long stirring of the curds in the huge copper cauldron over an open fire, it is all done by hand.
